2019-2020 Student Leadership Team 

Each United Sound chapter is led by at least two student presidents, selected by the teachers at their schools. Chapter Presidents are responsible for planning weekly meetings, writing lesson plans, assisting other mentors with part-writing, game and party planning, and communicating chapter information to students, parents and teachers. Chapter Presidents also attend monthly nationwide president meetings where they: a) Receive additional training from a special education expert that they in turn share with their teachers and chapter members, b) Share ideas, successes, and struggles in a national collaborative community, and c) Help United Sound staff to understand and refine the inner workings of the systems and curriculum.
