Thank you for your interest in United Sound, a year-long “Band or Orchestra Experience Club," pairing students who receive special education services with their typical peers. If you are a New Musician, you will learn to play the instrument of your choice with the help of your peers and the music teacher this year. As a Peer Mentor, you will help students with special needs learn to play an instrument and perform with your ensemble.
United Sound Ensembles are clubs at individual school sites, run by music and special education teachers. Applicants must attend a school with an approved United Sound Ensemble in order to be eligible to join.
Student registration fee for both Peer Mentors and New Musicians is $25 per year. Students will receive a United Sound t-shirt, curriculum materials, and ongoing program support throughout the year.
For any family who is financially unable to pay this fee, we do not want to prevent your participation in United Sound! Please have a parent/guardian click on the button below or send an email to email@example.com to let us know, and you will receive a "coupon code" to waive the fee.
Finally, only a parent or legal guardian of a minor student can complete this form.

You can make a difference in the lives of students who are financially unable to pay this fee - simply, select the "My Student + 1" option. Your $50 donation will register your student AND will pay for one additional student to participate.
